Located in the east of Singapore...
...and enjoying tranquil, quiet surroundings, Ballota Park is only minutes from the local hubs of Pasir Ris, Changi Village and Tampines.
Developed to provide peaceful and inviting surroundings, offering a country ambience with resort facilities, Ballota Parks’ apartments surround a central recreation area which consists of a large swimming pool and shallow wading pool for the youngsters.
At the poolside are the gymnasium, squash court, sauna, changing facilities and club house.
The pool decks are furnished with sun loungers and deck chairs with shaded tables.
Just above the pool area is a playground area for the children and leading from the pool are quiet landscaped gardens for a peaceful nature walk.
The two tennis courts are just one minute walk from the pool and just beyond these are our four spacious Barbecue areas with plenty of room for even the largest of gatherings.

...make driving to and from home a pleasure, Changi Airport, Pasir Ris, Tampines and Changi Village are all less than 10 minutes drive and, if you opt for public transport our shuttle bus can get you to Pasir Ris or Tampines MRT stations in comfort.
 The public bus stops adjacent to the property service routes 002 and 005 providing connections to most destinations.

 We hope you are liking the new-look Ballota Park Website... We want to add some new "Kodak Moments" to our Galleries Page to help show off the "Best of Ballota". Here's your chance to be a part of it all by getting out and taking a photo or two of your surroundings.
 You can send in as many photos as you like - we are creating galleries so we need lots... They can be long shots, close ups, panoramas, whatever you like - as long as there is no identifiable person in the shots (unless it is you and you give consent).

Ballota Park Residents Get a Lot More!
 If you are a Ballota Park Resident you can register for a user account at our website. Whilst there's lots to see for the casual visitor, we have much more available to Registered Users.
- For a start, you will be able to use the Discussion Forums to post messages - anyone can read the forums but only Ballota Park Residents can add posts.
- You will get access to our own Condominium Private Message System - where you can keep in touch with fellow Ballotans via the website.
- You can access many of the forms you would normally have to get from the Management Office straight from your computer, so you can save yourself a trip to the office.
- Ask questions straight to the Condo Manager and Management Council direct from the website.
- Keep up to date with our regular News Digest that is emailed to every Registered Resident.
- Read and post free Classified Advertisments on the Ballota Park Pin-Board.
- Read all of the Management Office Notices without having to run to the notice board in your lift lobby.
There's so much more for Ballota Residents!
